Down on my knees in prayer I’ll be.
Waiting for the answer that I can’t see.
Wondering and dreaming if you’ll be,
Here soon enough to rescue me.
Sometimes I doubt,
But I soon find out.
You are always an on time God.
Showing up when on shaky ground I trod.
Saving me from life’s fiery trials.
Snatching me from the devil’s wiles.
Always there when I need you most.
Sending in your heavenly host.
Your angel army from above.
Surrounding me with your love.
Casting away all my fears.
Drying up all my tears.
Sending in your peace comfort and joy.
Reminding me you’re in control.
You have my every need in your hand.
Down on my knees is where I will be.
And on your solid rock I’ll stand.

So many people on the go
Shopping from store to store
In and out many doors
Shopping for the perfect gift to give
Anticipating what they will receive
Not even stopping to think
Life could be over in a blink
We should be shopping for Jesus
Looking for people to receive the gift of life
Telling them about him
And urging them to enter into HIS presence
And forget about THE presents
He told us to be fishers of men
So others could enter in
Let’s start shopping for people at Christmas time
Catching them on our line
Bringing them to him to clean
Saving them one by one

What kind of life do you want to live?
Do you want to be known for what you have or give?

Do you want to be a legend in your own mind?
Do you want to take the chance of being left behind?
Do you want to change a generational curse?
A legacy of addiction, depression, poverty or even worse.

Trade all the hardships, drama and pain
For a much better life you can obtain.

So take those steps right now to start,
By asking Jesus into your heart.

You can be the one to change the legacy of your past.
By beginning now to pray and fast.

Becoming strong and bold in the Lord.
Living your life according to His word.

By showing His love and His peace within,
And allowing His wisdom to enter in.

You can lead your family to be saved,
By showing an example of His grace.

You can lead generations out of disaster,
By simply taking it to the Master.

You can change your world as you know,
And by making that change you will show.
Generations to come which way they should go.

Be a living legacy of his peace, joy and grace,
And leave a divine legacy when you leave this place.

He makes broken things beautiful.
The hardships are replaced with a testimony,
That is wonderful.

He uses those that have been broken,
As a tool and a token,
To show the world above, his unwavering love.

The thing you thought was broke,
The people who the world ignores,
The ones that are shunned,
Can show you he is the only one.

He uses that thorn as a reminder,
That he is our provider.

The struggle is real and the pain can burn,
But he is there at every turn.

He does not discriminate,
He welcomes us all at his heavenly gate.

He will use the least of these,
To bring you to your knees.

He sees the beauty of what can be,
When brokenness is all we see.

We don’t see the road up ahead,
He knows all, that is what he said.

We see legs that don’t work right,
Or maybe a mind that can’t read,
He sees a heart that can fill a need.

A smile, a hug or an infectious laugh,
Is a wonderful testimony of the joy of the Lord.

So remember, no matter your circumstance or the condition you are in,
You were fearfully and wonderfully crafted,
From a mold that was made by the Master’s hand.
